1. Our Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfied with Bulk SEO Pro. Because our service provides immediate digital value (AI credits), we have a specific policy to prevent abuse while protecting our customers.
2. 14-Day Refund Window You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
3. Usage Limit To be eligible for a refund, you must have used less than 10% of the credits included in your purchased pack. This allows you to test the quality of the AI on a few products while ensuring the system isn’t used to optimize an entire catalog before requesting a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please send an email to support@bulkseopro.com with the following information:
- Your Order ID or Stripe Receipt.
- Your License Key.
- The reason for your request (this helps us improve the software).
5. Processing Time Once approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Upon refund, your license key will be permanently deactivated.
